Know the level. Read the move. Trend, demand, confirmation, invalidation.

This weeks review is built around one core principle:

The highest-quality opportunities tend to appear when price is already moving within a clear long-term uptrend. and then pulls back into a proven demand zone.

The goal is not to chase strength. It is to identify where buyers have previously stepped in, wait for price to return to those areas

, and only act when the risk/reward becomes attractive.

Framework 1-5

Before looking at individual stocks, these are the conditions we want to see:

1. Higher highs and higher lows

A healthy X qstructure remains one of the strongest filters for identifying long-term momentum.

2. Proven demand zones

We want areas where buyers previously entered aggressively enough to stop a decline and push price higher.

3. Volume confirmation

Rising volume during upside moves can strengthen the signal. Declining volume during a pullback can indicate that selling pressure is weakening.

4. Defined invalidation

Every setup must have a price level where the thesis is no longer valid.

5. Favorable risk/reward

A good stock at the wrong price is not necessarily a good trade.

The signal comes first. The entr

y comes second.

INTC - Intel

Status: WATCH FOR BREAKOUT

Intel has produced a powerful recovery, but the current price remains trapped between an important demand area and overhead resistance.

The key short-term resistance sits around:

$106

This area has rejected price several times recently.

Rather than entering underneath resistance, the stronger setup would be:

Breakout above $106. pullback/retest. confirmation that former resistance has become support.

That would indicate that buyers ha

ve taken control of the area.

Key Levels

Resistance / breakout trigger: $106.

Short-term demand zone: $82$86. Major long-term support: approximately $60.

Buying before the breakout creates a less attractive risk/reward profile because price could still return toward the $82$86 demand zone.

If Intel breaks $106 convincingly and successfully retests the level, the technical picture becomes considerably more interesting.

Signal

WAIT

No chase.

Set an alert around the breakout level and allow the market to confirm the move.

TSM - Taiwan Semiconductor

Status: BULLISH TREND / WATCH PULLBACKS

TSM remains one of the cleaner technical structures in the review.

A previous pullback into demand generated exactly the type of reaction we look for:

Demand-zone test. buyers returned. approximately 17% upside move.

The broader structure remains bullish.

The important lesson here is that temporary weakness does not automatically invalidate the trade.

As long as the major demand structure remains intact, normal corrections inside an uptrend should not be confused with a trend reversal.

Current Area of Interest

A future pullback toward approximately:

$373$389

could become an important area to monitor.

The preferred setup would be:

Pullback. stabilization inside demand. renewed buying pressure.

Signaxl

BULLISH WATCHx

The long-term trend remains constructive.

Rather than chasing strength after an extended move, wait for price to return toward support and look for confirmation.

HIGH-MOMENTUM PULLBACK SETUP

Status: WATCH DEMAND

One of the strongest technical setups in the review comes from a stock that previously delivered an explosive upside move before correcting sharply.

The stock has now retraced approximately 62% of its previous rally, bringing price back toward a significant historical support area.

The key zone highlighted in the analysis is approximately:

$246$251

What makes the setup particularly interesting is the amount of technical confluence around the same area:

  • Previous price support

  • * Approximately 62% retracement of the prior rally

  • * The 50-period moving average approaching the same zone

  • * Lower Bollinger Band moving toward the area

  • * Selling volume fading during the decline

When several independent technical factors converge around the same price zone, the level becomes considerably more important.

Signal

HIGH-PRIORITY WATCH

The signal is not simply that price reaches $246-$251.

The confirmation comes if buyers begin defending the zone and the stock starts establishing renewed upside momentum.

THE MOST IMPORTANT SIGNAL THIS WEEK

A common mistake is buying a stock simply because it has already started moving higher.

That often creates poor risk/reward.

The better sequence is:

Uptrend. breakout. pullback. confirmation. entry.

Intel is currently a good example.

Buying around $97 while resistance remains near $106 means risking a potential decline toward the low-$80s for relatively limited upside before reaching resistance.

Waiting for the breakout may mean buying at a higher price. but potentially with much better structural confirmation and a clearer invalidation level.

Price alone does not determine whether an entry is expensive.

Risk relative to potential reward does.

Risk Management

Every signal should begin with one question:

Where is the trade wrong?

Position size should then be calculated from that level.

A useful framework is to limit the loss from one failed setup to approximately 1% of total portfolio value.

That does not mean the stock itself can only decline 1%.

For example:

If the stop is 10% below the entry, the position can represent approximately 10% of the portfolio, resulting in roughly 1% portfolio risk if the stop is reached.

The objective is simple:

Keep failed trades small enough that the successful trends have room to matter.

This Weeks Signal Board

Stock / Setup. Signal. Key Level. What We Want to See

INTC. Wait. ~$106. Breakout + successful retest

TSM. Bullish Watch. $373-$389. Pullback into demand + buyer confirmation

High-Momentum Setup. High-Priority Watch. $246-$251. Demand defense + renewed momentum

Bottom Line

The strongest signals this week are not based on predicting news, earnings announcements or macroeconomic events.

They are based on price structure.

Find the dominant trend.

Identify where institutional-sized buying previously appeared.

Wait for price to return.

Define the invalidation level.

Only enter when the risk/reward makes sense.

There is no requirement to trade every week.

Sometimes the strongest signal is simply:

WAIT.
